Retiree, John, is living the DREAM, having spent the last 3 years tripping around Oz - clocking up a massive 65000 km on the road!  

John came to me after losing power when he and his wife were in the middle of watching their beloved soap opera.   

John wished to upgrade from AGM Batteries to a Lithium Battery Off Grid Power System to spend longer stints off grid without the inconvenience of needing to recharge batteries via the car every time they run out of power.  

Like many, John wanted to increase power capacity while keeping his pay load to a minimum and had made up his mind it was time to upgrade to lithium batteries.  Presently he doesn't run 240 volt appliances while off the grid, but may in the future, so, wisely, he wants a solution that can handle up to 2000W inverter in the future.

Fraser Retreat 200Ah Lithium Battery Off Grid Caravan Power System Upgrade by Outech

Outech designed, supplied and Installed a 200AH Lithium Off Grid Power System that is functional, offers extended time off grid, has reduced overall payload and is more accessible being neatly housed underseat.

Now with an additional 160 watts of solar, plus upgraded cabling to anderson plug at drawbar, an external solar panel input to the chassis; time parked in the shade is no drama.

John is now laughing with a solar capacity of 450 plus watts and paired with the battery upgrade plenty of power to keep the frothies chilled and the soapies on channel.
